Welcoming New Football Traditions
Our team was on the ground this football season, helping fans get fired up for homecoming games at schools across the conference. We also joined the Big 12® on social media celebrating a group of hardworking players who don’t always receive the recognition they deserve: the offensive linemen.
As the season drew to a close, Old Trapper was at the Big 12® Football Championship, getting fans ready for the game with free samples and fun. Fans also spotted Old Trapper at the Big 12® Pro Day as the conference’s best players showed off their skills to pro scouts, hoping to make their football dreams come true.
Men’s and Women’s Basketball
During basketball season, the Big 12® and Old Trapper highlighted the best off-the-bench performance for the conference’s men’s and women’s teams with weekly social media posts. We’ll also attend the Big 12® Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments in Kansas City with a FanFest event and free samples.
Softball and Baseball
When spring arrives, Old Trapper and the Big 12® will be shouting out the men’s and women’s Sluggers of the Week and the best slugging team of the month on social media. We’ll also return for the third year of our Hungry for Homeruns promotion during the conference softball and baseball championships, where a lucky row wins free Old Trapper snacks whenever a player hits a homer.
