Enter Old Trapper’s 100k Sweepstakes between Saturday, October 8, 2016 and Tuesday, October 11, 2016 for your chance to win a six pack of Old Trapper Beef Jerky. Go to facebook.com/oldtrapper and ‘Comment’ this post to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Entries for the sweepstakes will close on October 11, 2016 at 11:59 PST. By participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules* of the sweepstakes. One lucky winner will be announced on October 12, 2016.

Old Trapper’s 100k Sweepstakes is sponsored by Old Trapper Smoked Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, are final in all respects. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. ENTRY: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. Participants enter the sweepstakes through the Sponsor Facebook page and by commenting on the post with your favorite Old Trapper Beef Jerky flavor on the post dated October 8, 2016 posted by Sponsor with the caption “To celebrate reaching our 100,000 follower milestone, we're giving away a free beef jerky six pack!”. There is only one entry per Facebook account allowed. Any participants discovered purposely creating or using multiple Facebook accounts to enter the sweepstakes will be disqualified. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be legal U.S. residents and are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of October 8, 2016. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each participant. ENTRY PERIOD: Entry period is from October 8, 2016 00:00 AM PST and will close October 11, 2016 11:59 PM PST. After this date no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason. WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Entry Period. A winner will be chosen at random using the Timeline Sweepstakes Manager tool provided by Agorapulse.com from all entries received, i.e. Comments and verified by Sponsor. PRIZE: The winner will receive a 6 pack of Jerky of their choosing. Available flavors are Old Fashioned, Peppered, and Teriyaki flavors. Old Trapper will ship the prize to the winner at no cost to the winner. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be announced through a post on the Sponsor Facebook Page and through the Sponsor website at www.oldtrapper.com on October 12, 2016. The winner will have 48 hours to contact Sponsor to claim the prize. To claim the prize, the winner should send a message to the Sponsor Facebook Page. If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the announcement, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this sweepstakes.
2. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
3. The Sponsor’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

USE OF SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION: Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the sweepstakes, including comments provided by the participants on the sweepstakes post, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law or against Facebook Terms and Conditions. Participants are providing this information to Sponsor and not to any other party. Any changes to the sweepstakes will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Sponsor. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected posts, comments or Likes or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  Participants further agree to release Sponsor from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the sweepstakes.
