Friends, nothing give me more pleasure than making the perfect piece of jerky. It all starts by selecting the best cuts of lean beef. Then, I season each piece to perfection using brown sugar and a secret seasoning blend passed down by generations of Old Trappers before me. Finally, all that seasoned beef goes into my real wood smokehouses to give it that kiss of smoke that rounds out the incredible flavor.
