A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. TRAVEL NOT INCLUDED.


Eligibility


The Old Trapper Mountain West Baseball VIP Experience Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Entry is available:


  • In-person at the 2025 Mountain West Baseball Championship Tournament via QR code, or
  • By email (see Alternate Method of Entry section below).


Employees of Old Trapper Smoked Products Inc. and Mountain West Conference (the “Sponsors”), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising/promotional partners, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.


Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited.


How to Enter

QR Code Entry (In-Person)

  • Attend the 2025 Mountain West Baseball Championship Tournament at Sloan Park.
  • Scan the Sweepstakes QR code located throughout the venue.
  • Complete the entry form, including a valid phone number.


All in-person entries must be received by 8:30 PM Pacific Time on Friday, May 23, 2025, and must comply with all other eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules. Limit: One (1) entry per person, per phone number.


Standard carrier messaging/data rates may apply.


Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)


If you are unable to attend the 2025 Mountain West Baseball Championship Tournament in person, you may enter the Sweepstakes without scanning the on-site QR code by submitting an email entry.


To enter without attending the game, send an email with the subject line “Old Trapper VIP Giveaway Entry” to [email protected], and include the following information in the body of the email:


  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident


All email entries must be received by 8:30 PM Pacific Time on Friday, May 23, 2025, and must comply with all other eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules. Email entries must also be able to receive notification via text. Limit one (1) email entry per person. Automated or bulk submissions will be disqualified.


Agreement to Rules


By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or tampers with the Sweepstakes.


Prize Package


One (1) Winner will receive:


  • Four (4) VIP Championship Game Tickets — $100 value ($25 each)
  • Apparel & Headwear from Old Trapper and Mountain West — $240 total
  • Food & Beverage Credits — $100 total ($25 per person)
  • Old Trapper Beef Jerky — $144 value


Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $584.00


Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitutions or alternate delivery options will be provided.


Winner Selection & Notification


  • Winner will be selected via random drawing.
  • Notification will occur by text message no later than 9:00 PM PT Friday of tournament week.
  • Winner must respond via text by 9:00 AM PT Saturday to confirm prize.
  • If no response is received by 9:00 AM PT Saturday, the prize is forfeited.


Fulfillment:


Confirmed winners must meet a Mountain West team member at 11:30 AM PT on Saturday at Sloan Park. VIP tickets and prize items will be handed off in person.


Winner must attend the Saturday Championship Game to redeem prize.


Marketing Consent


By entering, you consent to receive promotional texts and/or messages from Old Trapper and Mountain West. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time.


Use of Name & Likeness


By entering, you grant the Sponsors the right to use your name, photo, likeness, voice, and entry materials for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation—unless prohibited by law.


Limitation of Liability


By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation or prize use.


Disputes


This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon. All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Oregon, on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.
