1. Sponsor
The Old Trapper's Fuel for the Hunt Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Old Trapper Smoked Products, located at 4071 24th Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116 ("Sponsor"). North American Whitetail is a co-promotional partner of this Promotion ("Partner").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Partner, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of this Promotion, and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on June 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit https://oldtrapper.com/naw (https://oldtrapper.com/naw) and complete the online entry form by providing the requested information (which may include name, mailing address, email address, and any other required fields). Click "Submit" to complete entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on December 31, 2026 to be eligible. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or undelivered entries; or for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software, network, or technical malfunctions of any kind.
5. Entry Limits
Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, devices, or methods used. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated or fraudulent means, or entries submitted through multiple identities or accounts, will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within five (5) business days following the end of the Promotion Period. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the date of the notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may, at its discretion, require the winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release before the prize is awarded.
8. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value
One (1) Grand Prize: A year's supply of Old Trapper Beef Jerky, consisting of four (4) cases of twelve (12) 10-ounce bags of Old Trapper Beef Jerky (48 bags total). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $864.00 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $864.00 USD.
No cash redemption or substitution of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable. Prize will be shipped within a reasonable period after winner confirmation. Shipment is limited to addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the prize is $600.00 or more, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (including Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number) prior to the prize being awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV of the prize. Failure to provide a completed W-9 within the time specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, biographical information, and entry, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes related to Sponsor and the Promotion, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any portion of it) if any factor — including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, tampering, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control — corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of cancellation or suspension to award the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should any such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.
12. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Partner, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (a) the entrant's participation in the Promotion; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (d) any technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.
13. Disputes / Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, which is available at https://oldtrapper.com/privacy-policy-and-terms-and-conditions (https://oldtrapper.com/privacy-policy-and-terms-and-conditions). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in that policy.
15. Winners List
For the name of the winner, available for ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Old Trapper's Fuel for the Hunt Giveaway — Winners List, c/o Old Trapper Smoked Products, 4071 24th Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116. Requests must be received no later than March 31, 2027.
