“Fuel Your Hunt” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS-ACTION WAIVER APPLIES. TRAVEL NOT INCLUDED.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Old Trapper Smoked Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”), North American Whitetail (“NAW”) and Outdoor Sportsman Group (“OSG”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of each are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The entry period begins 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 16, 2025 and ends 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s time-keeping system is the official clock.

3. HOW TO ENTER

A. Online Form Entry (Primary Method).

Visit oldtrapper.com/naw during the Entry Period and complete the official entry form by providing your full name and a valid email address. Submit the form as instructed. Limit one (1) entry per person / email address during the Entry Period. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”).

To enter without visiting the website, mail a hand-printed 3 × 5-inch card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address in a #10 envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2025 and received by January 5, 2026. Each envelope counts as one (1) entry; limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced or illegible entries are void.

Entries that are incomplete, garbled, late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

5. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, you agree to abide by and be bound fully and unconditionally by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: Four (4) 10-ounce cases (12 bags per case) of Old Trapper Beef Jerky. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $864. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about January 8, 2026 from all eligible entries to select one (1) potential winner. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via the email address provided at entry within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days, complete any required affidavit of eligibility/liability & publicity release, and otherwise comply with these Rules, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor, NAW and OSG a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use winner’s name, voice, likeness, statements and biographical information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media without additional compensation.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, NAW, OSG, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

12. DISPUTES; ARBITRATION; CLASS-ACTION WAIVER

Except where prohibited, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in a class or representative action. All proceedings shall take place in Portland, Oregon. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Winner Request – Old Trapper “Fuel Your Hunt” Sweepstakes, PO Box 730, Forest Grove, OR 97116. Requests must be postmarked by January 15, 2026 and received by January 22, 2026.
