Official Rules


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION.


1. Eligibility


The Old Trapper Best Beard Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Old Trapper Smoked Products, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


Sweepstakes Period


The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.


How to Enter


To enter, visit oldtrapper.com/bestbeard (http://oldtrapper.com/bestbeard) during the Entry Period and follow the instructions to upload a photo of your beard along with your name and valid email address.


  • Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
  • Duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple identities or email addresses will be disqualified.
  • All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be void.
  • There is no alternate method of entry (AMOE).


User-Generated Content & Rights Granted


By submitting a photo, you agree that your image constitutes “user-generated content” and you grant the Sponsor and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, or distribute your image, name, and likeness in connection with the promotion or advertising of this Sweepstakes or the Old Trapper brand, in any media, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.


Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entry that it, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate, infringing, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.


Prize


  • One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion if any prize component becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.


Winner Selection & Notification


  • Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about December 15, 2025.
  • Winner will be notified via email using the address provided at time of entry.
  • If winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
  • The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days of notification.


Public Announcement


The winner’s name (first name and last initial or social media handle) may be publicly announced on Sponsor’s social media platforms on or about December 15, 2025, unless prohibited by law.


Limitation of Liability


By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.


Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, website outages, email delivery failures, or other errors that may prevent entry or winner notification.


Disputes & Binding Arbitration


Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Portland, Oregon, and any judgment rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Entrants agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
